Amanda is my go to at this location. She is incredibly helpful, kind and gives me accurate information so I can make an informed decision. I have been going to see her for the past 3+ years and am always satisfied with the service she provides. She is the primary reason I still use this location

Horrible customer service!!!! I just started many new accounts here and I was just treated horribly. Was told to go home and call the 800 number my self because that is what they would anyway. This employee just doesn’t care. 2/1/25 12:45 pm
I will be looking to move my accounts to another bank.

Horrible customer service, was lied to about what I could withdraw and felt racially profiled like the other comments mention. Will be looking to switch banks soon.
