Norma, one of the owners, was wonderful as she was helping with my Amazon returns. This place makes it feel like your family! Recommend them for anything you wanna do when it comes to Amazon or shipping.

We have been using the UPS store for over two years. On the very first day, Norma welcomed us to town. Since then the entire staff has been very accommodating. My husband and I travel a great deal. Several times we have been gone for months. During those periods, I have been mailed medication. When I call they immediately know to refrigerate it. They actually make room in their refrigerator until we are back. In conclusion, I am delighted at our choice to use this UPS store. Everyone goes above and beyond.

The Southington Queen St UPS Store has the best customer service. Everyone there is extremely helpful, courteous, professional and friendly. Never have any package delivery problems. They are prompt at sorting and notifying customers of package deliveries. I always get my packages on time there. It's a pleasure working with them.

It’s very easy to get this as you need them like boxes and stuff to go in side of the shipping containers
They help you with everything
And the shipping has always been delivered as they said it would
