This is THE PLACE to go when you need great heating pellets and are guaranteed to have them in stock. I was desperate for some pellets today so I went up there and only spent 100$! For 10 bags of hardwood pellets! Totally worth it for me. They are always nice and you’re in and out in a few mins. I live this place! The staff is great and super friendly. Very fast service. I drive from Seymour just to get wood stove pellets from them. Very easy to find and I would never go anyplace else for pellets. Thank you B.T. Enterprises for making our winters warm.”

“24/7 shipping/receiving Sunday-Thursday only. Closed Friday and Saturday. This includes drop/hook so don’t let brokers fool you or you’ll be sitting here until 7am on Sunday like me. No overnight parking here, but can park at MDC location about 2 miles away. This one is well lit. TA is off of highway but fills up fast and they enforce paid parking.
For this location, follow gps. Be careful at night because these are dark roads and the deer are active. turn into the very first driveway and continue. First driveway to the left is for receiving, continue straight and follow the curve to get to shipping. Will update after I deliver.

“I was a little wary at first when you guys switched my hub from Danbury to Bristol, but I have to say that even though this winter the delays were problematic, since whoever has been coming in the white delivery vans instead of the blue Prime trucks, these people have been doing better. I get that there was a location shift and there is a learning curve for drivers getting around in new areas…but lately things are running more smoothly, hardly any delays and my packages are left in the place that I instructed. So, keep up the good work. 4 stars because there’s always room for improvements.”
