They have bed bugs in all the rooms . Not enough staff to take care of the residents . Residents are neglected . The food is nasty for all the money they pay .

Jean (Nursing/Wellness Dir.) and Xrista (Memory Care Dir.) are outstanding and very communicative with family. Carrie (Community Relations) and Thamara (Executive Director/Operations) are equally professional and compassionate.
