Took 2 minutes and he gave me a very fair and reasonable quote. Told me to drop it off during the week on a tuesday which I did. The car came back looking like nothing ever happened and he matched the paint very well I cant even tell. If anything comes up in the future, I will definitely go to him for body work, thanks Nick.”

Needed a part in a hurry and made an online order on the 4th of July. I contacted them by email that night and received an answer first thing in the morning, and It was shipped the same day.
Even though it was a coast to coast shipment, I received the parts in 3 days, and saved me from some headache.
One thing is that I did not get a order confirmation email at the time of order, but I did receive one when the order shipped so no real issue there.”
“OMG. I took my mini today to have it looked at.. someone managed to scrape it whilst it was parked. I had already been given a quote of $1800 which I thought was high as the damage wasn’t awful. Anyway… they took one look at it.. told me he didn’t think it needed anything major. Asked if he could try himself to get the colour back. It’s absolutely perfect. Eric the Sales Manager greeted me at the front desk. He asked me all the questions about what my needs and wants and directed me to the car that best fit what I wanted. He then selected his Salesperson Mike Smith to help me. He brought about a a New CX-50 and went over everything from front to back. We ended up working out a great deal. Jay in Finance was quick and smooth with going overall my options and made me feel very un pressured. At the end Eric came back to make sure I was happy and thanked me. I highly recommend Empire Mazda. They went above and beyond.”

“I cant say enough about this company and the people that work there. I had one of the worst days in my life when I met them.
I was 3 hours into my 6 day drive from Boston to San Antonio for a military move and was unaware that I was not supposed to be on a something called a Parkway. As a result, I clipped a bridge and destroyed the back of the truck.
I had my dog, bearded dragon and parrot with me in the truck. Penske wanted to send out a repair crew, but the East Coast crew called and argued with penske saying that it was going to rain and I needed a new truck. It literally stormed the entire 6 day trip without stopping, so they probably saved every single item from my house. The passion to make sure somebody they just met was taken care of was next level.
They drove the brokem truck and gave me and the animals a ride to their shop to hang out until I had a solution. Not to mention this went on for hours, late into the night (11pm ish) on the Friday of memorial weekend. They all stayed late after closing to make sure I was okay.
Once a plan was put in and I had a hotel to go to, they gave me and the animals a ride. It was a 13 minute walk, but with all the animals, it would have been extremely difficult.
I am from the south and hospitality is ingrained into us from an early age. The hospitality I recieved from these amazing people put everything I've experienced to shame. They took the time to get to know all the animals, play and pet them to keep them calm and also talked with me to help keep me from being overwhelmed. With a military move you have a strick deadline or you could lose your house to another person. They did not know this, but the actions they took helped prevent this from happening.
I have been on the recieving end of having my car towed and the feeling of frustration towards the towing company (despite them not being the ones to make the call to tow), but seeing the care and passion for a random person really showed that it is more than just a job for them when there is somebody in need.”
“I walked into Napa today not knowing what to expect. As i walked in the person who was visibly facing the door did not greet me nor say a hello or anything. He only stared at me as i approached the counter. As i approached this nice gentlemen named Pedro ended up helping me and his customer service made up for the lack there of his counterparts. If you’re going in store. Just ask for Pedro his customer service is great and he really does go above and beyond for you as a customer.”
