“I recently brought my Audi Q5 to Pray Body Shop in Stamford, CT to repair damage around the passenger-side front wheel well, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
I originally chose Pray because they are a certified German auto body repair shop with experience working on Audi, but when I got there, I also noticed they were certified for other German manufacturers as well as Tesla and Rivian. That immediately gave me confidence that they know how to handle higher-end vehicles the right way.
The customer service was also outstanding. They were kind enough to drive me to Enterprise to pick up my rental car, and they even told me that next time, with a little more notice, they could have the rental ready for me directly at the shop. When I picked up my Audi, I simply left the rental car with them, and they handled getting it back to Enterprise. It made the entire repair process feel smooth and completely frictionless.
The repair quality was top notch. It took about two weeks total for them to get the parts and complete the repair, and throughout the process, I felt like they were truly on my side. They explained that they would keep an eye on whether insurance was using OEM parts versus aftermarket parts, and if anything came in that did not meet their quality standards, they would send it back. That level of care and advocacy makes a huge difference.
The finished result was incredible. My Audi came back looking exactly how it should — clean, precise, and professionally repaired.

“OMG. I took my mini today to have it looked at.. someone managed to scrape it whilst it was parked. I had already been given a quote of $1800 which I thought was high as the damage wasn’t awful. Eric the Sales Manager greeted me at the front desk. He asked me all the questions about what my needs and wants and directed me to the car that best fit what I wanted. He then selected his Salesperson Mike Smith to help me. He brought about a a New CX-50 and went over everything from front to back. We ended up working out a great deal. Jay in Finance was quick and smooth with going overall my options and made me feel very un pressured. At the end Eric came back to make sure I was happy and thanked me. I highly recommend Empire Mazda. They went above and beyond.”

Needed a part in a hurry and made an online order on the 4th of July. I contacted them by email that night and received an answer first thing in the morning, and It was shipped the same day.
Even though it was a coast to coast shipment, I received the parts in 3 days, and saved me from some headache.
One thing is that I did not get a order confirmation email at the time of order, but I did receive one when the order shipped so no real issue there.”

“I cant say enough about this company and the people that work there. I had one of the worst days in my life when I met them.
I was 3 hours into my 6 day drive from Boston to San Antonio for a military move and was unaware that I was not supposed to be on a something called a Parkway. As a result, I clipped a bridge and destroyed the back of the truck.
I had my dog, bearded dragon and parrot with me in the truck. Penske wanted to send out a repair crew, but the East Coast crew called and argued with penske saying that it was going to rain and I needed a new truck. It literally stormed the entire 6 day trip without stopping, so they probably saved every single item from my house. The passion to make sure somebody they just met was taken care of was next level.
They drove the brokem truck and gave me and the animals a ride to their shop to hang out until I had a solution. Not to mention this went on for hours, late into the night (11pm ish) on the Friday of memorial weekend. They all stayed late after closing to make sure I was okay.
Once a plan was put in and I had a hotel to go to, they gave me and the animals a ride. It was a 13 minute walk, but with all the animals, it would have been extremely difficult.
I am from the south and hospitality is ingrained into us from an early age. The hospitality I recieved from these amazing people put everything I've experienced to shame. They took the time to get to know all the animals, play and pet them to keep them calm and also talked with me to help keep me from being overwhelmed. With a military move you have a strick deadline or you could lose your house to another person. They did not know this, but the actions they took helped prevent this from happening.
I have been on the recieving end of having my car towed and the feeling of frustration towards the towing company (despite them not being the ones to make the call to tow), but seeing the care and passion for a random person really showed that it is more than just a job for them when there is somebody in need.”
