I assumed Bob's had completed the work in good faith and I was still looking forward to posting images of the completed work. I want to thank Bob's Collision and Customs for getting in touch. I hope this doesn't effect the professional conduct and or the original quote.There was no malicious intent in a lower rating. I have complete faith in Bob's Collision & Customs or I wouldn't have gone there!Take a note:I may be slow but I ain't dumb.A honest handshake and straight forward talk is all it took to seal the deal. “A few weeks ago the bumper on my BMW was vandalized in the parking lot at my job. I took it to Twin Ridge Services because my Dad used to take all our cars there for repairs when I was younger. I wasn’t sure exactly who to speak to because in the past my Dad would handle everything. When I arrived I spoke with a younger gentleman named Nico. He inspected the car that day and gave me a timeframe on how long the job would take. I dropped off the car a few days later on my lunch break. Nico was generous to give me a ride back to work so I didn’t have to call a cab. When I went to pick up my car a few days later it was washed, cleaned and parked out front for pickup. Not only did they repair the part that was damaged but they also replaced and painted the entire front bumper. When I have kids I’m going to keep the tradition going and make sure I continue sending them to Twin Ridge Services.”

“Went in on Columbus Day after speaking with a sales rep for parts of the week. I had some ideas and he accommodated accordingly. Very nice, used my parameters to find the right car. He was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I decided on the car, came in to get it and he explained an issue with the paint and planned accordingly on how to correct this. Sales guy and manager did a great job of being honest and make sure I didn't incur extra costs. Just a great experience overall. Didn't feel pressured or frustrated with any of it. Service and parts were excellent too. Very little interaction with them though.”

The price was agreed to over the phone, and was an 'all in' price as I requested.Customer Service - Worked with Chris. He was very responsive and patient and made the whole buying experience a positive one.Hard sell - Compared to other dealers they are fairly low pressure but when financing you will be asked to purchase a few needless 'extras' and after you decline the price will magically go down.I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.”

“I had an excellent experience and highly recommend Castellana Auto Body for any work you need on your car. I ran over a tree and damaged the front bumper of a car that I had borrowed. I needed it fixed quickly because I had to return the car to the owner in a few days. A few people recommended Castellana's to me and they were right on the money! I called the shop and the owner Johnny Castellana said I could come in right away for an estimate. Other auto body places I had called told me it could take weeks to fix. Johnny was professional and kind about my situation. He examined the car, suggested a course of action and said if he could get the parts needed, the car could be repaired by the time I needed to return at the end of the week. Happily, he called later that afternoon to tell me he was able to order the parts from a supplier. He emailed a detailed estimate and the price was extremely reasonable. The bumper on the car looked so good when I picked it up two days later (as promised), Johnny even had the whole car washed so it would match.”

“Last week my car was hit by a young inexperienced driver in Manhattan. I have a 2022 Toyota Sienna. The damage was to two doors and a rear element on the gas tank side. I recently moved to live in Greenwich, Connecticut. I did not know who repairs cars here, and who can be trusted. I searched for information on the Internet, and was in two workshops. I chose this particular workshop, I first looked at their work and I liked the quality. And it is not unimportant that these were not expensive prices for services. I admit honestly, I was worried, because I myself treat my business very decently and control the quality as much as possible. They fixed my car in three days. “Excellent place to repair your car.Over a year ago I took my Mercedes to Westport Auto Craft.After the repair, the first thing I did was to check the work down.Couldn't find any defect at all. I checked it in the shade and in the sun, different angles, and I couldn't find any difference front the area repaired to the factory painted areas. Perfect match!In September of 2022, I took the car to Europe. Here, I run over a rock and I bent the right front control arm. The part wasn't available here because Mercedes stopped making it. I called USA and no new parts were available there either, same reason. I couldn't find neither new nor used.This was a big problem, my car would be useless.So, I called Westport Auto Craft, my last hope at this Point.Mr. Martin, immediately agreed to help me out. He called some numbers and today I got the part. Used but looking like new, and came with extra suspension parts.He was very nice and I was impressed by his willingness to help.The best in workmanship, professionalism and willingness to help his clients.António D.
