“It's the customer service that distinguishes Pray from any other mechanic/body shop I have ever visited. It's Ritz-Carlton level service. They were able to see my car quickly and and when a part I had provided didn't match perfectly, someone came across the street to the coffee shop I was waiting at to show me a picture to see if I wanted to continue with the job. They were very thorough in giving me my options, and when I decided not to continue with the job because of a defect in the part I had provided, there was no charge even though they had spent some time working on the car. I later retuned with a non-defective part for them to install and once again they were able to get me in quickly and competed the job perfectly, once again with incredible customer service. Pray was a class act all the way and I will definitely be using them for any body work I need in the future.”

“Absolutely horrible customer service. Woman answered the phone without a greeting, as I proceeded to ask my 1 question, I was interrupted and talked over several times.
The only reason why we had to choose this location of service, for an inspection was b/c it was an Allstate approved claims location.
To make matters worse, she said “I apologize if my English isn't clear enough for you.”
As a business owner myself, I would never talk down to a potential customer, interrupt or talk over them. Common courtesy would allow the person calling in to give all their information first and then proceed to answer.
She needs to go back to school for formal customer service and phone etiquette. No wonder their reviews are standing at a 3.9. I wish I could leave a negative score but 1 star will have to do.
*** Update as of 10/8/24: The rest of the interactions were MUCH better. Said vehicle was repaired, communication was prompt via emails and calls. I will change my stars from 1 to 4 and chalk up the initial interaction as someone having an off day and a lesson learned from previous review. I wish all small businesses success. ***”
“Recently broke down and was stranded on the side of the road in Trumbull, Connecticut and needed to get back to Hartford. I called Greenwich towing and was able to get a truck out to me as fast as they could the driver Danny Was exceptional and really down to earth he even offered to get me something from Home Depot to drink as he ran in to get another strap to tie down my vehicle. We had an hour ride back to Hartford, which seem like it flew by. I highly recommend Greenwich towing to any and everyone in need of their services. I only gave them five stars because that’s all that was available. If there was an option to add more I would.”

“It's hard to mention good about a tow company but I will keep it honest in saying THIS tow company actually cut a new mold in my perspective. From day 1 this tow company spoke with me respectfully and professionally. My car was stuck with them for over two weeks and the worked out a phenomenal deal with me. “The service at this location was excellent. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. The work was done in a timely manner and promised. Upon pick up the technician was thorough when explaining the precautions needed over the next two days and was helped when I requested my cabin air filter be changed. The eyesight calibration on my car worked perfect. Overall great experience!”
