SNIPES is a cool, great store for sneakers and fashion, always stocked with the latest sneakers. The customer service experience varies significantly. When the manager is present, service is described as top notch, legendary, and going above and beyond. That staff member is noted as super friendly, pleasant, helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable, making the whole experience excellent and checkout fast. However, at other times, service can be poor, with an employee seeming extremely annoyed and making customers feel uncomfortable. The overall recommendation is to check them out, especially when that specific helpful manager is there.

They eliminated women's clothes which I bought sometimes. They didn't allow us to try on both shoes, and when we asked for it couple of times, they looked not so welcoming. There is a good choice of sneakers.
