I was in search of a new sneaker for weight training, and I was fortunate enough to receive exceptional service from Bob, one of the store's employees.Bob went above and beyond to not only assist me but also educate me on the type of sneaker that would best suit my needs. He took the time to understand my requirements and preferences, and he even suggested that the store's current selection might not be the right fit for me. However, he patiently walked me through various criteria, and together we found the perfect shoe that met all my requirements.I must say that I have never received such outstanding service when it comes to purchasing sneakers. Originally, I had a wonderful experience at Scouts which led me to purchase a pair of Hokas! “So talented and great customer service. My Louboutin heels were in rough condition (the bottoms were scuffed and the entire sole/heel was separating from the top of the shoe). I brought it somewhere else to get fixed a few years ago but they just put glue in the crack. When I brought it to Mr. Izet, he noticed it right away and said that he would take the heel off completely to reconnect it the right way. Long story short, look at the photos. He did an excellent job fixing my shoes and put sole protectors on to keep them in good shape. Also, his pricing is unbeatable and customer service is second to none. He’s the best around!Also, just remembered that I had an event come up and asked to get my shoes sooner than we discussed. He got them to me the next day with no extra charge!”

“I went in and the store was busy, no one bothered to greet us. So we walked and took a look at some shoes and was finally helped by a nice man (I forgot his name) who did a foot test on us and was SO knowledgeable and so caring. He was definitely patient as I went into the store undecided of which pair of shoes I wanted. He had recommended Hoka's and shoe inserts, which both work GREAT. Will definitely return, thank you!”

“After not so great the past experiences I decided to come here again. The store is definitely getting better and the customer service is becoming good. Are used to come here a lot and never got the good service and in general the store wasn't great but seems like it's getting better. I am going to start coming shopping here again hopefully things will get better and better. I really love Macy's and think the stores are great for different things you can choose from I like that you can find many things in the one roof makes things so easier when you buying different items.”
