Sofi at 50 Forest is a living space in the heart of Stamford, where bars and shopping converge with pubs and restaurants. It is a very well-managed building. The management team is always available, professional, competent, and a pleasure to work with. Every issue or request is addressed quickly and effectively dealt with. The maintenance team is amazing, professional, and courteous, going above to provide excellent resident service. They fix issues very quickly. However, the building and appliances are not the newest. There is carpet throughout that doesn’t get cleaned well enough, so it smells. The windows are cheap, so you hear honking and trucks from outside. The elevators are always broken and the fire alarm goes off late at night every few months. It is a really average apartment complex with a great location.

The repair of the dishwasher was outstanding the tech came to the apartment quickly diagnosed the issue changed out the pump and was out the door in less then thirty minutes The only issue was it took over a week to get somebody and I was never contacted.
