Terrible customer service and terrible business model for transferring money. Downright painful to transfer more than $2500 / day , and forcing clients to be IN PERSON for wire transfers. Avoid at all costs.
Horrible experience with this bank. They don’t communicate with thier customers properly.They closes your account for no apparent reason and than take weeks to refund your accounts.Not a bank I would recommend!
Be prepared for bad service. Waiting on a manager after 2 pm for 45 minutes who is on lunch break ?? No support staff. Transactions take unnecessary long amounts of time. TD has terrible communication. Unexpectedly un-human.
