Sadly only have one staff member opening accounts and replacing debit cards yet they have 5 employees just standing in the counter doing nothing. They def need to train more staff

William is very nice and sincere employee,, who's feel me very satisfied and happy with comfortable.. I'm Thanks for him being nice and smart.. I'm talking about my disputes money's...he made me trust back on TD Bank.. before I did it with another person but she did nothing...I think she don't know how do application for claims dispute money... again I appreciate Williams.

HEENA the female manager was very rude did not GREET or even ask me if I wanted HELP I ask YOBANA for help she was really NICE & VERY PROFESSIONAL I would come back to her anytime IM Glad SHE WAS THERE SUCH A RELIEF TO GET HELP ! I RECOMMEND HER FOR ALL YOUR SERVICES !

This branch is absolutely horrible and the manager Simone Douglas was nasty and rude and very dismissive I will never recommend this bank to anyone and also they wonder why branches are closing left and right they will all soon be on the unemployment line good riddance

The employees are sweet, but I've had to come on four seperate occasions to handle what I thought would be a simple closing of an account for a CD that I had opened that was returning dismal interest. The first time it was, the person that handles these only comes on this day, then we tried to get the necessary people on the line but keptgetting transferred, redirected and hung up on. on the fourth try I was helped by a young lady who got whoever needed to be spoken to on the phone, received my check and was on my way. Nice employees, most likely just dealing with an archaic system so I don't fault them.

WORST BANK EVER. BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS AND THEY ALWAYS SHUT THE DOOR ON YOU AND REFUSE SERVICE ATLEAST 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO 5PM. ON OTHER TIMES THEY'VE REFUSED TO GIVE 100$ BILLS ONLY 50S. RIDICULOUS...IF THEY DIDNT HAVE SUCH A LOW MINIMUM ID HAVE BEEN SWITCHED BANKS YEARS AGO...

Will Plunket and Monique Blackwell went far and beyond to help me with my personal banking and paperwork. They are both professional but also very personable. I actually enjoyed sitting there and speaking with them. Best customer service in all of Fairfield county. Don’t look anywhere else.
