“Recently broke down and was stranded on the side of the road in Trumbull, Connecticut and needed to get back to Hartford. I called Greenwich towing and was able to get a truck out to me as fast as they could the driver Danny Was exceptional and really down to earth he even offered to get me something from Home Depot to drink as he ran in to get another strap to tie down my vehicle. We had an hour ride back to Hartford, which seem like it flew by. I highly recommend Greenwich towing to any and everyone in need of their services. I only gave them five stars because that’s all that was available. If there was an option to add more I would.”

“I have never had such an amazing experience at a mechanic. Freddy offers a reasonable price with excellent service. My car unexpectedly broke down and he was able to fix it right away for me. His diagnosis includes a full problem list of things found wrong with the vehicle, and Jennifer was kind enough to patiently explain things I didn't understand to me. I told the shop there were parts of the car I was looking to work on myself, which they completely understood and were happy to do the projects I needed. Freddy is genuine, kind, and truly a fair buisnessman, which is pretty much impossible to come by this day and age. It was such a privilege to give him my business and to be rewarded with fair pricing and a trusting relationship because of it. When all other shops in the area overcharge customers simply because they can, Freddy stays true to offering a fair price and providing excellent service. If I lived in the area, I would not go anywhere else. I can't say enough positive about this shop.”

“Just had the front brakes (pads, rotors, and calipers) done on my Honda this week. They did this in a couple of hours after I dropped my car off. The brakes work great, and cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this shop and the mechanics.”
“Went to Bob after a more “well known” shop couldn’t diagnose my problem but suggested thousands of dollars in work anyway. Took my car to Bob the next day and he was able to not only diagnose my biggest concern, he did it quickly and kept me informed the whole time (including letting me know that it was under warranty from the dealer because of X number of miles - something I would’ve never known to even look into). He even went so far as to educate me about a recent unrelated recall on my car that I wasn’t aware of. Left with a much more manageable bill and happy to continue to give my service to Bob. Great guy!!”
“I drove up to Long Ridge Service from downtown Stamford this morning and only had less than a half hour to get my emissions done. I took the chance before work. What a pleasant experience! I only had to wait 10 minutes until the mechanic drove my car into the bay and conducted the test. Very courteous service as well. I originally went to Goodyear on East Main Street in Stamford 2x!! I went to get the test done at 8:15 am . , no one at the front desk for 10 minutes, finally, a reluctant rep comes to the front desk, could care less, and the front desk rep told me they don't start taking cars for emissions until 9! Then I showed up at 9 and was told there was a 35 minute wait at least because they had a car in the bay and could not do any testing. I never had an issue 3 years ago when I went but now, customer service has significantly deteriorated! I can only imagine how the treat their regular customers for car repairs..”

Changed the tire to the loaner and even took my original tire to bring to the Tesla Mount Kisco location. I highly recommend them. “Great service. It is quite rare to find professionals that really care about what they do. These guys worked with my insurance repair and did a fantastic job on my Mazda 3 with metallic grey color. Also, my father needed a repair in his vehicle with specific perl paint color, and were trying to avoid it due to difficulty matching the paint. These guys took care of it flawlessly.
