“I used the 6 x 12 utility trailer I broke my leg in half due to my fault, I was learning up these heavy tree grates That way, almost 300 pounds It fell on top of my leg and cracked my leg and half is literally in half When I got to the hospital, I called the owner And told him what happened and told him one of my coworkers was going to be dropping off the trailer My coworker dropped off the trailer. The guy decided to reverse the payment due to me, injuring myself. These people are by far the nicest people I met an ever done business with I will happily go back without a doubt to rent a U-Haul from these people if you want Get a U-Haul from Stamford I highly recommend going here they Are super nice What!”

I booked a rental van and unit for a VERY last minute move on 3/1, so I went in to pick up the van and access the unit 30 min before closing time. I ended up having issues with the van after closing, and realized I needed a larger unit when I returned at almost midnight. Staff members were INCREDIBLY helpful and accommodating. Both Chad and Brittany went out of their way outside of business hours to help me resolve my issues. Chad helped me get the correct van after they had closed Saturday night, and Brittany (who was off Sunday) but helped me get the right size rental unit before Uhaul even opened on Sunday morning!! Thanks for your help, very much appreciated!”
