All their equipment is in good shape well maintained one time I had a problem with a piece of equipment on a Sunday and someone came out to help me and fix it What can I say about the employees greatest people in the year? They take the time to tell me how to use the equipment how to turn it on how to turn it off. They make sure I thoroughly understand how to use the equipment.”

“My son rented a U-Haul truck recently and when he was returning it had a medical emergency. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital. I called U-Haul and spoke to Luis and explained what was happening. He was very kind and compassionate.
