We lived in the Vela for 2.5 years and the apartment was extremely well maintained and the location was great. One highlight was that that maintenance staff were always helpful and quick to respond. Lester was incredibly friendly and always fixed any problems we had in the apartment. Would recommend this building!

I’ve only lived here a couple months but I love it so far. Besides the awesome location, the staff is fantastic. Also I am impressed with the building maintenance: common areas frequently cleaned, trash areas always tidy, and maintenance issues are replied to very quickly. And the roof deck is a huge bonus!
