“I do have to change my review. The boots were way too old, they tried to help and couldn't. I was issued a discount to buy new ones. All within an hour of writing. Great customer service”

“Costco as a corporation is one of the best companies out there. All the items they sell are curated and they literally pay people to screen them - so there’s a built in quality check. Second, their customer service and customer experience is literally the best/gold standard in the industry. They stand behind their products and ultimately your membership. Lastly, their prices are some of the best out there as well, especially when things are on sale.I’ve been to a lot of Costcos so let’s talk about the Norwalk one, which is also my home base. There’s no gas here but there is a tire center. Parking can become tough here - not for lack of spots, just due to the congestion- especially on Saturday/Sundays.I just shoot straight for the underground garage - but getting through all the people that are waiting for someone to load up their car so they can take their spot - really slows you down.Besides that it’s your standard Costco experience. Not the biggest Costco I’ve been in, I would actually count it on the smaller side.I feel bad for the food court people - this Costco is really struggling to scale - too many people now in this area that are coming to it. Hope they take the foreclosed hotel next door’s property over and make a super Costco!”
