“These guys are terrific. Just prior to their closing time I called regarding a runflat tire on my car that was seriously low. It was late Friday, just before closing time. I had never been to their shop before. They were extremely accommodating, told me to come on over, and I was patched and back in business in a matter of minutes. Uncommon service!”

“I own a European vehicle and confess that I was skeptical about bringing it to a smaller shop like Pat’s, especially since I have always serviced it at the dealer. But I have found Pat’s technicians and staff to be knowledgeable, customer friendly, responsive, and to provide excellent service. They also make things right if you are unhappy. So far, after a few visits, we have nothing but good things to say. 5 stars. Thanks Pat and team!”

“I had a scary situation while I was visiting a friend in Connecticut, and I needed an urgent repair so I could make it back home. I was lucky enough to coordinate my visit with Chris, one of the most sincere and helpful people I've ever met. He made dropping my car off easy, and was extremely upfront and honest about the repairs. He gave me both a clear price and time estimate, even offered suggestions on things to look out for on my drive home. He was always very easy to reach, and made the process seamless. Paul's Service Center restored my faith in auto-repair shops, and if you are ever in the area I can't recommend them enough!”

“I had my car there a month and a half ago for a tire repair and rotate tires today I had low tire pressure. I brought the car in and they were able to fix the leak with no charge at all. Super happy with the service.”
