True Value Home Center is a helpful, locally owned hardware store that is part of the Ace network. It is known for excellent and warm customer service, with employees who are quick to assist, help load heavy objects, and know their inventory and products well. The store sells a different variety of tools than larger competitors, focusing on better quality items and drills. It reliably has what customers need, from small items like bronze screws to sheets of plywood. Some reviewers note the store can be busy and suggest extending its hours for greater convenience. Overall, it is a valued go-to store for many in the community.
I only went for a single item, but I like browsing in this store. I did end up getting something else as a result. The store is clean and the staff are very helpful.
