Excellent customer service. We love this hardware store. Special shout out to the lovely cashier (closest to the exit door) she brightened our day! So warm and so helpful. We will always return to this hardware store specifically for this particular employee.

Good store, needs to extend hours.Always finding myself needing someone just before they close.Only options being wait for tomorrow or go to home Depot, unfortunately I'm not the type to leave things for tomorrow

Saturday morning had one item and there were 6-7 people in line before me and a single register open i stood in line for 5 minutes and it didn't move so I left my roller naps and went to home depot was in and out in less time then I stood In line at this store

Always has what you need and if you can't find something employees are quick to help. Help with loading heavy objects too!

The inventory is pretty good but the staff can be quite smug and it is eerily quiet in the store.

A smaller, more helpful hardware store. The staff know their inventory, and know about their products, more importantly. This is my go-to for small stuff, like bronze screws, or a sheet of plywood.

Christy Engelhardt has terrible customer service skills , I went in the store the other day to grab some things and I went to her register she was very rude I will never go back to her register again !

Nice True Value, the staff are nice and it's actually staffed well so you can find people. They have a good and broad inventory and it's easy to find things.
