The salespeople are very helpful, including the registered people. They are very friendly and will tell you what owl and everything to go to and where it should be. You cannot find today will help you find it.

Nice store, no help when I went in there but could have been busy so won't deduct any points. Also sells different variety of tools than home Depot and better quality drills passing the cheaper options for quality. So to me a store only selling the best items gets 5 star no matter what.

The staff is extremely pleasant but the had my stihl chainsaw for over 10 months. I had to go in several times to check on it never received any calls or updates. I actually finally got it back today and the service folks there told me that the cost was over 350 dollars on a 500 dollar chainsaw because the deemed it my fault. I had the chain saw for 1 day. The chain break was stuck and it burned up the motor. I would stay away from this place at all cost. It cost me over 350 dollars to learn that lesson. They said the stihl wouldn’t do anything. So I would consider other options than stiel as well. I have never been so disappointed in true value and stihl. I hate to say it but the big box stores may be better to deal with and I am now a husqvarna client as this whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Again Indian choices here but I would stay away from the mystic true value I know I will never go in there again.

Excellent customer service. We love this hardware store. Special shout out to the lovely cashier (closest to the exit door) she brightened our day! So warm and so helpful. We will always return to this hardware store specifically for this particular employee.

Good store, needs to extend hours.Always finding myself needing someone just before they close.Only options being wait for tomorrow or go to home Depot, unfortunately I'm not the type to leave things for tomorrow

Saturday morning had one item and there were 6-7 people in line before me and a single register open i stood in line for 5 minutes and it didn't move so I left my roller naps and went to home depot was in and out in less time then I stood In line at this store
