They were especially helpful when I mailed a large package to our son in Brooklyn, New York, which was not delivered even though he was home at the time that the delivery person said they tried to deliver. Cara went to bat for us and UPS was willing to re-ship the package without further payment, which I thought was really wonderful—they stood up for their customer!!
