“We used this pharmacy a few times to get compounded meds but only recently switched (from CVS) full time after they hunted down something no other store could find.Just got off the phone with them: they took the time to answer all my questions and figure out the best option for my medication, looking up different brands and placing a special order.They have been super helpful and knowledgeable. It’s not like they’re overly cheerful but at the end, the interaction makes you feel more like you’re a person because they seem to care and I am really glad we are giving them our business.”

“This rating is specifically for the pharmacy. I did not get the name of the woman who helped my fiancé we are forever in her debt! She was beyond helpful on the phone with my fiancé while he tried to figure out our dogs medication that was going to cost us an arm and a leg.. maybe a hand too! Without going into too much detail, she not only helped him, but she saved us money that we never would have been able to save without her! Thank you so much to this pharmacist. We will be switching all of our pharmacy needs to this business/location.”

“The pharmacy staff, at this location, are friendly and expedient. If they don't have something in stock they give a polite explanation (not an excuse!) and problem solve while waiting for said product to come in. In my specific case, they found that the CVS down the street (632 Middle Turnpike, Storrs, CT 06268) had the needed medication. The staff made ALL arrangements for me to retrieve said medication there. Now that's Team Work!! ♥️ Many thanks to this pharmacy team and the pharmacy team at Middle Turnpike, Storrs locations. “בית מרקחת בתוך הקמפוס. יש גם עמדת צילום לפספורט ועוד מלא דברים אחרים כמו חטיפים, שתייה ציוד משרדי, המקום יחסית מרווח ועם הרבה קופות לכן אין תורים ארוכים. הצוות מאד נחמדים ועוזרים. יש חנייה בחינם במרחק הליכה רק צריך לחפש, יכול להיות שגם צריך להתרחק טיפה אבל יש חנייה לרוב למשך שעה בחינם.”

“Okay, so normally I don't take surveys or rate my experience- but after today it's a must. I'm currently on maternity leave with twin boys who are now 5 months, you parents out there can imagine the hassle of a big grocery trip, especially given that my husband has been out of town for the last 5 days now. Sometimes it's a bit frustrating because everyone is stopping me asking "are they twins, they're so cute, are they both boys"- which is very sweet but can be very frustrati”
