“My favorite out of all the pharmacies I've worked with. The pharmacist and staff are kind and helpful. They always deliver my prescriptions quickly and I never have issues getting them filled and delivered. If I didn't move out of town I never would have switched to a different one. I'll miss working with Willimantic pharmacy.”
“I changed my pharmacy to Big Y from C.V.S about 2 years ago. I'm so grateful I did. The staff go above and beyond to help an issues that come up. Whether it be getting ahold of insurance companies, getting pre-authorizations from doctors, side effect info, or questions about generics. The staff is always so friendly and get to know you. Also very knowledgeable about any question I've ever had. I highly recommend switching to them!!”

“Okay, so normally I don't take surveys or rate my experience- but after today it's a must. I'm currently on maternity leave with twin boys who are now 5 months, you parents out there can imagine the hassle of a big grocery trip, especially given that my husband has been out of town for the last 5 days now. Sometimes it's a bit frustrating because everyone is stopping me asking "are they twins, they're so cute, are they both boys"- which is very sweet but can be very frustrati”

I thought about changing pharmacy but now I have chosen not to because of the wonderful staff members. Great store great service!!!”
