Not only did they replace my watch battery in 1 day, my fiancée and I ended up finding 2 pieces of jewelry for our wedding there as well. We found a beautiful pair of pearl earrings that my fiancée is wearing for the wedding and I found my wedding band. I was looking for a black wedding band but wasn’t comfortable with tungsten. Greg showed me their collection that could be resized and they were able to custom order my ring and expedite the shipping so it arrived on time before our wedding. We had a great experience with everyone at the store and are glad we have a new local jeweler that we can trust and we like.”

“Thank you, Laura and Michael!!!!I went into Lenox Jewelers in Fairfield in February and inquired about a Rolex Date Just. (something I’ve wanted since I was 20 years old). Laura met with me and discussed my thoughts and guided me through the rationale for different options of the watch. She spent a lot of time with me.On my 50th birthday, March 1st I put $1000 down on the buildout of my choice. Michael suggested I “mentally forget that I put down the deposit. It could take up to a year. Would likely be less (2-6 months) but be mentally prepared for a year.” Additionally, While I was deciding between two different faces and struggling with which I preferred, Michael (the owner) asked what my struggle was and would I like his opinion. I said yes, absolutely, and his guidance and direction with that choice saved me $3000.00. I see that as putting your customer first. Laura assured me she’d do everything she could to get it to me as soon as possible.2 ½ weeks ago, Laura called me with news that Rolex had approved the production and they expected it to arrive in 2-6 weeks. She called me last night. It arrived and I left today with it on my wrist.Thank you Lenox Jewelers. Thank you Michael and Laura. I am so happy with my Rolex and I think Laura is as happy for me as I am. I highly recommend this Jeweler… great service and a great experience!!!!!”

“My wife Anne broke a bone in her hand a few days ago and as a result, her ring finger started to swell this weekend. She hasn't been able to take her wedding bands off for years, which was no big deal until now.Today (Sunday), we called several jewelers in our area to inquire if the could cut the bands off however no one could accommodate us. I called Michaels in the Trumbull mall and the person I spoke with was very attentive and said Paul, the manager would call me to confirm he could do it when he was scheduled to arrived about 12:30.Well Paul called and confirmed he could do it .We arrived about 1:30 today and the rings were off about 20 minutes later.It was a big relief.He could not have been more gracious and accommodating!Michaels and Paul- a sincere THANK YOU!”
