She helped my (very) picky boyfriend find a stunning suit for a wedding we have coming up. He looks great and more importantly felt great in the clothes she suggested. We live closer to the Manchester location but I will drive out of the way to come here for this woman. She is wonderful!!”

“The Kohl's near us closed up so now we must drive up to this store. This is a good store with a good selection of a variety of clothing necessities and fashion. They have a good selection of bathing suits too. Various sizes, from juniors to plus sizes are here as well as a nice men's dept. with variety. There is a Sephora with a deep selection of brands. It is worth the ride to go because we have little to nothing locally anymore to buy basics such as undergarments, household items, dresses, jeans, bedding etc.. Good store and nice people working there too.”

“Jane + Mercer is the best place to shop if you need any piece of clothing. The whole staff is helpful and kind but Chrissy has gone above and beyond any retail associate expectations I had. Each time I come in she is helpful in creating new outfits pulling pieces for me and just all around helping me build my closet! I don't know what I would do without her!! I drive almost an hour to this store because it's THAT GOOD! This store is amazing with so many unique and basic items and the price tag makes it even better.”

“My daughter is tall and has a very small waist. I had previously visited the Milford Mall location to have my daughter try on jeans so I could get a true size. Fast forward to 12/15/2025 I had to exchange the super low rise cause they didn't fit. Shawnee Hinds was the only worker there. And I want to tell you that the level of customer service was AMAZING. I was so worried about not getting everything on my list and she came in and saved the day with a beautiful smile. She took care of me and ever other customer at 10am.
