“Customer service at Bob's Stores Footwear & Apparel in Milford is wonderful. The staff is courteous and helpful. There is also plenty of off the street parking.The inventory includes a wide variety of work and casual wear as well as a licensed team merchandise. The sneaker department, especially for children has a awesome selection and most items come in multiple sizes.The store is a lot different than it used to be, but it adequately serves the needs of children and teenagers.”

“My daughter is tall and has a very small waist. I had previously visited the Milford Mall location to have my daughter try on jeans so I could get a true size. Fast forward to 12/15/2025 I had to exchange the super low rise cause they didn't fit. Shawnee Hinds was the only worker there. And I want to tell you that the level of customer service was AMAZING. I was so worried about not getting everything on my list and she came in and saved the day with a beautiful smile. She took care of me and ever other customer at 10am. She also assisted me with purchasing the same sweater in a different color and needless to say I am very pleased. Civia was pleasant and patient. “I would like to start by thanking the owner of the store, I had such a great experience shopping at Classic Menswear! The owner was extremely helpful and patient with my jokes, taking the time to help me find the perfect outfit that fit both my style and budget for my special occasion. The store has a wide selection of suits, shirts, and shoes and more which perfectly suits any occasion. Everything was neatly organized and the prices were very reasonable compared to other stores I’ve visited in the past. You can tell the owner truly cares about his customers looking their best. “I have had nothing but five star experiences with this company. Others here, have seemed not as fortunate as I. I find the clothing to be unique and of high quality, and fitting to me and my lifestyle. I'm generally not an internet clothing buyer, as to me, clothing is something that has to be felt, tried on etc.. but the photos, sizing measurements offered in the site and ability to enlarge photos for super close ups of the fabric, have all helped me to order with confidence and not be disappointed.. I had a question for customer service, and was greeted with a sincere customer service representative. No fake smiles and pre written script. She was knowledgable and helpful. My question was in regards to a discount I thought I entitled to, and I quickly understood I was not.. but was given the discount anyway! Orders arrived in a timely fashion, and I have yet to have to return a single item. If I were to have to, the return policy seems super generous, with 60 days for return and full refund, 90 days and still get exchange or credit.. I'll continue to be a fan and shop st this business.”

“Came here twice with my boyfriend and each time we were helped by Kristine (or Kim? I’m terrible with names. The blonde woman!). She is incredibly friendly and easy to work with. She helped my (very) picky boyfriend find a stunning suit for a wedding we have coming up. He looks great and more importantly felt great in the clothes she suggested. We live closer to the Manchester location but I will drive out of the way to come here for this woman. She is wonderful!!”
