The staff was wonderful and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. A special shout-out to Chelsea, the Event Sales Director—she was amazing to work with! “Of all places, my kids love coming here to bounce in the indoor inflatable park, ride in the bumper cars and play a few of their favorite arcade games. Staff always keeps every part of this facility clean and in great shape. If you’re passing through and need to have the kids let out some energy, this place is the best!”

“I use to come here a lot on my 20's haven't been here in about 20 years and they have a lot upgrades. Kid friendly and adult friendly. They have a kids jump area upstairs now. You can have birthday parties here. There is plenty of parking, food and drinks for kids and adults.”

“I stayed here with my family for one night during Easter weekend. The staff was lovely and accommodating to us as we were traveling with a baby.
The only downside I experienced was that the hotel was FULLY booked, this meant that hallways were loud and lobby space was overcrowded at times. Rooms and most of the hotel was a bit outdated but clean”

“The best place to stay when coming to the Shelton, Ansonia,Seymour area for business. Very clean and friendly with a great breakfast. They have a small snack area and nice little bar that is fun by an outside entrepreneur. There's a gym, a pool, a pool table, a conference room and business center. They never disappoint. There's a Chile's and a Longhorn Steakhouse a few steps from the hotel.”
