“Alyssa was amazing! She took care of me and made sure I was happy with my purchase! She gave me suggestions on my vans I was gonna purchase and gave helpful opinions! She wasn’t overwhelming and bugging me about shoes and buying a bunch. She read the situation and understood that I didn’t need the full treatment and helped when I needed it. it was the best experience I’ve had hands down at the vans store. There are some insanely kind people that work in this store. It takes extra effort to read the situation and see what a customer needs instead of doing too much. She was attentive to my needs and made sure I had everything I asked for.”

The clothes are super beautiful, fun, eclectic, well made, and so reasonably priced!! I have never been disappointed by anything I’ve purchased here! And I always get a lot of compliments from family, friends and complete strangers when I wear one of my purchases!
The selection, both in size and style, is always great, and new arrivals are continually on display. The staff is fun, kind and honest! They don’t tell you something looks good or fits well if it doesn’t. Plus they work with you to accommodate your needs. How refreshing!

“I absolutely love the clothes in Torrid. They're pretty pricey, so I suggest using any coupons or shopping any sales you can to get the best bang for your buck. I used a Birthday reward and shopped a 50% off tops sale and only paid $14 or so for a shirt that would normally be $45. The employees were very nice as well.”

The sneaker department, especially for children has a awesome selection and most items come in multiple sizes.The store is a lot different than it used to be, but it adequately serves the needs of children and teenagers.”

The coach(Jess) was friendly, tough in the right ways, demonstrated the moves, and helped us all with slight adjustments to get the most out of our workout. “Initially the Owner didn’t speak to my Husband and I when we entered into the store, and she gave us an attitude when we asked questions. I was pretty forward with my distaste for her attitude and continued shopping. I began interacting with the owners child who was also in the store, and she became very nice to us after that which changed the whole experience. She became more attentive to our needs, and was very accommodating. She even makes the dresses herself. Ultimately we bought this beautiful dress for a very reasonable price. All in all, I would recommend.”

Sometimes the check-out line is long but it's usually because of other customers being difficult and holding up the line -- not the cashier's fault. They could use a couple more cashiers but staffing is tough these days -- so I don't mind waiting.”
