“This place is a hidden gem! I was walking by one day and decided to stop in am so happy I did. The owner Tracy is sweet and attentive and so helpful. Their clothes are all high end and stylish. I'm not big on mall shopping so love the fact it's local and family owned. If you're looking for women dresses, pants, hats, and accessories you need to visit this place. The inventory is always changing with new styles and items so I stop in now periodically and am always impressed with the selection and above all the customer service from the owner. “My daughter is tall and has a very small waist. I had previously visited the Milford Mall location to have my daughter try on jeans so I could get a true size. Fast forward to 12/15/2025 I had to exchange the super low rise cause they didn't fit. Shawnee Hinds was the only worker there. And I want to tell you that the level of customer service was AMAZING. I was so worried about not getting everything on my list and she came in and saved the day with a beautiful smile. She took care of me and ever other customer at 10am. “Initially the Owner didn’t speak to my Husband and I when we entered into the store, and she gave us an attitude when we asked questions. I was pretty forward with my distaste for her attitude and continued shopping. I began interacting with the owners child who was also in the store, and she became very nice to us after that which changed the whole experience. She became more attentive to our needs, and was very accommodating. She even makes the dresses herself. Ultimately we bought this beautiful dress for a very reasonable price. All in all, I would recommend.”
“I had a return for an online order and the sales lady named Civia assisted me with the return and helped me order an sweater that this location only had in a size that didn't fit me. She also assisted me with purchasing the same sweater in a different color and needless to say I am very pleased. Civia was pleasant and patient.
