“Moved to Cheshire CT recently with my family. We required gas for our kitchen stove. Called Hocon, Karen was amazing and came out to visit our site, was a joy to interact with, explained the process, equipment, site requirements and lease vs own options. After consideration and calling many providers, we decided to go with Karen and Hocon. An appointment was made to install our tank and line. On the date of the appointment Phil, Cam and Alex showed up promptly at the beginning of their appointment window, escorted me around to go over the game plan for install and went to work. They worked with proficiency and cleanliness. In no time my tank was in place. On leaving we chatted casually in a manner that made me feel like family.
