Bring back The First National Bank of Suffield because the customer service here has severely declined compared to the once community friendly bank that has been unfortunately replaced.

I cannot say enough positive things about this bank. I have been a customer at this branch for almost 25 years when it was the First National Bank of Suffield. Every time I enter the bank I am greeted by the employees and most of them know my name. The customer service is always excellent and everyone is very knowledgeable.

Now M&T bank. Convenient location with a drive up ATM. You can also go inside if you need customer service or some special transactions.
