Terrible customer service. Their online banking technology is horrible…. 20 years behind the times. I will be switching banks after being a customer for 30 years.

Wonderful banking experience every time. Bankers that smile and have exceptional customer service skills. The branch manager, the loan officer and the tellers- the entire team deserves 5 stars!
