Horrible experience at this branch. I will never go back. I made an appointment (as requested by an employee) to set up a savings account. I explained to her I wasn’t 100% sure what time I would be coming in after an appointment. She told me I could come in any time, but this way in case they were busy, I wouldn’t have to wait. I walked in early afternoon and there were THREE employees visibly available and not a single other customer in the bank. The assistant manager Hannah was extremely condescending and rude. She told me “I know it looks like we are not busy, but there is a lot going on”. She requested I sit & wait 30 minutes for another employee to return from her lunch break to assist me. So they will make a customer wait for 30 minutes instead of just assisting them? I went to another branch and I was in and out in 20 minutes, zero wait.

I can’t believe that poor service and negative impact on business of such a banking branch. I went there to open checking account which’s going to be initial before opening business checking. Banking staff asked me even property tax receipts, utilities bills to verify my address. So funny, I just left from there and stopped by at M & T bank, Enfield and opened Checking right away with driver license only. Of course, I do have relations with several banking institutions, the only thing is my Asian face of American.

Now M&T bank. Convenient location with a drive up ATM. You can also go inside if you need customer service or some special transactions.

Terrible bank. Someone from AZ was able to take $500 out of my account and not even one notification about a suspicious activity seeing as I was also making purchases in CT. This happens all the time, switching banks. This is ridiculous. My account is now withdrawn and im not getting a refund in a timely manner and basically screwed while the bank takes their sweet time. Defaulted on my car payment and now just sitting around waiting for it to be handled.

The overdrafts are made for the bank to make money. Had 42$ in the account. A 37$ charge came in. Was paid, then unpaid, then a 34$ overdraft fee. They told me itcould not be paid because there was a 20$ charge being authorized. Then the 20$ charge came in and I get another 34$ fee. So there was enough money to pay the 20$ charge that was authorized first. Instead of paying the 20$ they paid the 37$, then marked it unpaid. Now 2 items have fees instead of the one. I tooka screenshot because it was so messed up but can't post it here.

I went there like 10 times no joke for online banking but they can’t make it because I don’t have a ssn? I used Bank of America before and they make it in 10 mints if I want to check my account how much I have I can’t even use the mobile app I need to call the bank it’s just so stupid I’m not recommend them at all I will switch to different bank very soon.

I will never use their Bank Services ever again. They turned me into a collection company for an overdraft of $26.00 + the overdraft fee. Worst was trying to settle it. I had hurt my back and was unable to get there to deposit the amount. Tried to call and be on hold for 15 minutes plus.
