“These guys saved my a** on a little 200 mile adventure from Mass to NYC. I purchased my Aprilia Tuareg in Massachusetts and was going to ride it back. It's a bigger, taller and different bike than I'm used to riding. Well, lo and behold, 30 miles in, I tipped it over at a stop sign on a hill (no surprise really). Picked all 470# of it, and noticed the shifter pin had sheared off. (This is a known thing on the Tuareg.) Now I'm screwed. I'm in some back road in CT, 170 miles from home. Thankfully, I had cell service and found Metzger Moto Worx, 6 miles away. I call them and they say they are swamped (cuz it's summer) and prob would take a day and they don't do Aprilia anyway. I try calling another place. I'm considering getting it towed by my insurance. I decide I'm just going to limp it in 1st gear to Metzger and I'll just stay overnight if possible. I show up, super hot (it was 95 and humid), a bit freaked out and humbled and they were SO nice. They had actually tried to call me back to see if I needed to be picked up. Immediately, they look at the issue, wheel the bike back into the shop and jury rig some bolt to fit and get me back on the road in no time. It was the kindest, most amazing thing EVER. Thank you to the client who prob got bumped a little so they could help me out. I was able to get home w/o any other issues (figured out how to get my foot down on a taller bike). To Jim, Lance, Max and Harry, THANK YOU SO MUCH for your time, generosity and skills. It was so nice talking with you and you really did save me. They also gave me a sticker and a tank top! “I had known Gabe and Jay for over 30 years but lost track of them. While driving my dad's 2 year old Rav4 the hood lifted up and struck the windshield. I pulled over and luckily the windshield wasn't damaged but their was some minor damage where the hinges got bent too far back. I was recommended to try a autobody shop a little off my normal area and I was happy to see it was Gabe's place. He wad able to quickly assess the problem and within 9 days (only 2 days in the shop) my dad's Rav was as good as new. He even noticed a minor scratch which he fixed as well. The repair was done so skillfully it was impossible to know there had been an incident. The minimal time the vehicle was in his shop was greatly appreciated and it reduced the inconvenience factor. The price was extremely fair as it was out of pocket so I did appreciate their working with me in all aspects and touching up the unknown scratch was a welcomed bonus. An estimate was requested and seen within 30 mins of the accoddnt, and the car was left at 8 am the following day. The vehicle was completed by 4 pm, and there was no sign of the previous damage. They quoted a fair price, and the final cost was even lower”

The man who worked on my vehicle was conscientious and hard working (I stopped in to see progress mid job). Daylin in the office was also helpful and quite pleasant. (They quoted more than the dealership for the same job!)Zyggi said to bring it in, he'd take a look, and only fix what needed to be fixed. He did and the price was roughly ½ the initial quote from the other place for same quality parts.Since then he has helped with numerous other repairs. Hard to find a quality, honest local mechanic, but I highly recommend Zyggi.”

“So glad I ended up going to O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Webster Mass! These guys really know their stuff. nobody wasted half a day going around to the 4 other auto stores in town, got below average service and no resolution ..finally I find myself at O'Reilly's and spoke with Shane and Juan the two employees on shift. They instantly got me the answers and parts that I needed. I wish I would have went there first that's all I can say... Headache solved within minutes ! I highly recommend this place over any auto parts store in town especially those two employees (shane & Juan ) they are top tier problem solvers ! Excellent service aswell as the largest selection out of any other store ... ?

“Great service in a bad situation! After changing out a power steering rack several times due to defective remanufactured parts (all warranty swaps), the team in Webster was great! With the exception of one of the night employees telling me I wouldn't damage anything driving with a rack that doesn't hold fluid causing me to burn up and have to replace my power steering pump and serpentine belt while I waited for the most recent rack to arrive. Lexi did everything in her power to make it right, and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire ordeal. Matt was a huge help with the defective parts too. Both of them are definitely great assets to the store and have excellent customer service. Both Matt and Lexi deserve big bonuses because of all the extra headache these terribly remanufactured parts caused. I appreciate them going above and beyond for me. I've never felt like a valued customer at a parts store before this. Good job to autozone for having the right people in the right places!”

“After the front end of my car was heavily damaged by another vehicle while it was parked, the police officer who arrived on the scene and opened my case recommended NEC Body Works as the only place in the area that he would bring his car to.
I now see why.
The level of professionalism and courtesy extended by Dave and his crew in dealing with the fine details involved in restoring my car to its previous condition was not something I expected or have experienced before.
Additionally, Dave navigated what turned out to be a rather complicated insurance related issue with patience and grace.
My experience with this shop was nothing short of truly exceptional.
