“Chris, Amber any my technician were great! It only took an hour and a half. When I had booked the appointment I was told it would have been in there all day. But I just got an email right after this one that when they inspected my car they found an issue with my differential fluid exchange? And they never told me that when I was there. And I just had the 50,000 mi maintenance so there should be nothing and no issue.”

“Back in October of this year my car slowed down on the highway and would not change gears; I knew it was my transmission. I got to where I was going then had it towed to Globe Transmission, per my mechanic's recommendation. The next day I got a call back from Globe and was told it was not my transmission at all and was likely the catalytic converter, a much less expensive repair. I paid a modest diagnostic fee, had it towed to my mechanic, and spent less than a third of what I would have paid had it actually been the transmission.It is honesty like this that is not always common when relying on someone to repair your car. I highly recommend Globe Transmission if you have a transmission issue. You will be well taken care of!”

The gentleman I worked with educated me about the process necessary to repair my car. They have rental vehicles available on site. The exterior work on my car looks wonderful. “Both my daughter and I have visited “The Tire Man” recently. Having hit some deep potholes, we both experienced numerous flat tires and/or bubbled tires over the past several months. (Definitely the roads fault….and not our driving! Haha) The guys here get the tires ordered and they put them on the car in a timely manner. Dan got me in right away due to a bubble on my tire “being dangerous” as it could “blow out, especially in this heat.” It is so nice to deal with small, personal businesses where you are not just another customer….but someone whose safety matters! “I have been using Robs Automotive for some years now. They are professional, efficient and economical. The best quality they have is honesty. For example, a while back I brought my car in to have my breaks replaced, and they told me, I still had "plenty of meat" on them; so I should wait. Another example is that I just had to replace my water pump coolant system. He gave me a reasonable estimate. When I came to pick up my car, he told me that the job went very smoothly and took him less time to finish than he had budgeted. My bill was less! A mechanic you can actually trust is worth gold.”

“I had known Gabe and Jay for over 30 years but lost track of them. While driving my dad's 2 year old Rav4 the hood lifted up and struck the windshield. I pulled over and luckily the windshield wasn't damaged but their was some minor damage where the hinges got bent too far back. I was recommended to try a autobody shop a little off my normal area and I was happy to see it was Gabe's place. He wad able to quickly assess the problem and within 9 days (only 2 days in the shop) my dad's Rav was as good as new. He even noticed a minor scratch which he fixed as well. The repair was done so skillfully it was impossible to know there had been an incident. The minimal time the vehicle was in his shop was greatly appreciated and it reduced the inconvenience factor. The price was extremely fair as it was out of pocket so I did appreciate their working with me in all aspects and touching up the unknown scratch was a welcomed bonus.
