“I’ve been picking up my prescriptions and supplements here for a while now, and I love coming here. The staff is always warm and friendly and the pharmacists are always willing to answer my questions and concerns. It’s refreshing to walk into a small, family run business and have it feel that way and feel that the staff genuinely cares for their customers and their jobs, unlike some of the bigger chains like CVS or Walgreens. I highly recommend this pharmacy, they’ll continue to have my business now and in the future.”
“Had to transfer because of my insurance. I came in and within 20 minutes the technician Nikki helped me get everything into the system and even set me up for texts and called my doctor for one of the prescriptions I didn't have any more of. While I was there everyone that came to the counter was greeted by name! I hope my ins doesn't make me change again. This seems like a happy pharmacy.”

“The pharmacy staff, at this location, are friendly and expedient. If they don't have something in stock they give a polite explanation (not an excuse!) and problem solve while waiting for said product to come in. In my specific case, they found that the CVS down the street (632 Middle Turnpike, Storrs, CT 06268) had the needed medication. The staff made ALL arrangements for me to retrieve said medication there. Now that's Team Work!! ♥️ Many thanks to this pharmacy team and the pharmacy team at Middle Turnpike, Storrs locations. “Had my kitty started on Phenoberb for seizures. My vet called into my pharmacy script for phenobarb. Walgreens never said not in stock to him or to myself at pick up. Called my vet, he called script to big y. Picked up today and started kitty on his meds. Thank you Big Y.”

“The pharmacy and staff are usually very pleasant and on the ball. I have not encountered any issues so far. I recently switched from CVS in Stafford because they always had some issue w RX or something not right... the drive-through line was ridiculous. Sometimes waiting up to 15/20 mins or more.. certainly not convenient. Even inside the store, there's always a delay of some sort..Also The pharmacy staff is also unpleasant and kinda rude.Walgreens has impressed me so far with their promptness and accuracy. I'm glad I decided to switch.”

“Vickie, one of the pharmacists, was amazing. Not only was she willing to accommodate us getting our flu shots, but she was gentle and patient with my kids. I have always had a hard time finding a way to get my kids their flu shots, and this year was particularly difficult given family situations. Beyond grateful for our experience with her!”

“Wife and I love this pharmacy. We are summer birds in stafford springs from Tucson arizona. I don’t get the complaints. I call and they help me out with my prescription that was filled in Tucson. Ready in 20 minutes. I can see if they don’t have it in stock. That goes by peoples history. Want a junk pharmacy?? Go to Tucson. One worker in store. And pharmacy busy as hell and so slow. Walgreens same.”

“Corey and Jess went above and beyond for me this evening. I went to buy a transit pass card, rang out and the self check out machine froze and wouldn't print a receipt. I wanted a receipt in case the money hadn't been added to the transit card. It turned out there was a technical glitch with the self check out machine. Corey and Jess tried every possible solution to fix this issue to make sure I will be able to ride the bus tomorrow. They were patient, kind and thoughtful. Zero stars for the self checkout machine, but that's not an issue unique to this store. Five stars for Corey and Jess, who are.”

“Okay, so normally I don't take surveys or rate my experience- but after today it's a must. I'm currently on maternity leave with twin boys who are now 5 months, you parents out there can imagine the hassle of a big grocery trip, especially given that my husband has been out of town for the last 5 days now. Sometimes it's a bit frustrating because everyone is stopping me asking "are they twins, they're so cute, are they both boys"- which is very sweet but can be very frustrati”
