“I was having an issue with my Boost Mobile account after the recent website change, and customer service said to go in store for it. While the issue wasn't resolved, due to technical issues on Boost's end, the employee here was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.I recommended my mom go here when she was looking to purchase a new phone with a new plan, and while the price was higher than it would be on boost's website (which wasn't working), it was still reasonable. Unfortunately she decided to try her luck at the other boost store on North Elm where they charged her twice as much, three times if going by the online price, and requested her personal information and made her buy a different (older) phone. So if you're wondering which store to go to in town, I'd highly recommend this one over the other!”

“The 2 guys tonight took time to help me fix a common problem with cell phones and didn’t try to upsell me and charge me. I’m not a T-Mobile user, I just wanted a charge cord to work in my phone. Today is 6/26, I used to work in retail and only negative is given by customers. I don’t care if they have a good product. The guys working today 6/26/2024 did me good. I’ll be back in 2 months at the end of my contract and will only deal with one of the 2 guys (if you’re cheaper than straight talk) and they are still there.”
