Michelle was extremely friendly and helpful. She let us know about deals and promotions, didn't push anything, was thorough, and made great conversation.

I called and asked if they had a shoe in stock like the website said and it was in stock. I didn't get her name but she held them at the counter for me. The staff was very helpful and nice. Probably will return for my next pair.
