“I got there at 850 they close at 9! Jeremiah answered my call assuring me that they would wait for me and when I got there he greeted me at the door! The gentleman at the register ( my apologies I forgot his name) was super sweet and took care of the shoes I was returning to purchase another pair. The manager was also very kind. I left there a little after 9 AFTER they made sure my return and purchase were completed. Thank you guys so much for! I will return to this site.”

“This journeys is definitely one of the most effective and friendliest I’ve been to. Their two associates that helped me were phenomenal, and made it feel so easy to accomplish what I came for. Jade Johnson and Anasta Warren are by far some of the best people I’ve meet that work in customer service. They made it super easy to return a pair of Ugg’s without my receipt . The store was also very clean and the two associates were more then helpful in helping me try to exchange the shoes and return them.”
