“This journeys is definitely one of the most effective and friendliest I’ve been to. Their two associates that helped me were phenomenal, and made it feel so easy to accomplish what I came for. Jade Johnson and Anasta Warren are by far some of the best people I’ve meet that work in customer service. They made it super easy to return a pair of Ugg’s without my receipt . The store was also very clean and the two associates were more then helpful in helping me try to exchange the shoes and return them.”

“Placed an ”in store pickup” order…and it was ready one hour later. I went in, was greeted by a friendly guy. Got my order, printed me a receipt and I was out of there in less than 3 minutes. Bought a New Era hat that was originally $34.99 and I got it for $19.99. Can’t beat that. Would definitely buy from them again.”
