“My wife Anne broke a bone in her hand a few days ago and as a result, her ring finger started to swell this weekend. She hasn't been able to take her wedding bands off for years, which was no big deal until now.Today (Sunday), we called several jewelers in our area to inquire if the could cut the bands off however no one could accommodate us. I called Michaels in the Trumbull mall and the person I spoke with was very attentive and said Paul, the manager would call me to confirm he could do it when he was scheduled to arrived about 12:30.Well Paul called and confirmed he could do it .We arrived about 1:30 today and the rings were off about 20 minutes later.It was a big relief.He could not have been more gracious and accommodating!Michaels and Paul- a sincere THANK YOU!”
