“I had a great experience here. My two sisters and I all got our third piercings by a super respectful and welcoming employee, Dimitri. He was extremely helpful in helping us decide where we wanted the piercings, finding what types of earrings we would like based on our preferences, was very smiley, and just had a great attitude overall. Not to mention, he did a beautiful job on all three of our piercings and made the experience very successful and comfortable!!”

“Made the switch from Milford store and don’t regret it! I have been a customer of Zales for many years. For 10 years I have received the most beautiful experiences at the Milford Store. I have grown to know the staff, they know my children and family now. It’s been a very welcoming experience. An I remain ever so grateful to them for years of love and support shown. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Since Covid there have been a lot of changes in the Milford Store and most of the staff have left. The experience there hasn’t been the same. My most recent experience was with Aimee and Zulma at the Trumbull store and they solidified my place with this company. No one can tell me otherwise. They will always be my number one place to go! “At first I was upset when I was told to wait outside because the shop is busy especially when there was only one person inside. I actually left 3 times but was drawn back to the shop and I’m extremely happy that I did return. The store is so beautiful and the Joey was extremely nice and knowledgeable.
