“A few weeks ago, my husband and I took our 4-month-old to get her ears pierced, and we met Dawn. Let me tell you one thing—if you’re nervous about getting your baby’s ears pierced, go see Dawn! She is incredibly experienced and made us feel so relaxed throughout the entire process. She kept telling us how quick it would be, and she wasn’t kidding! I recorded the whole thing, and from start to finish, she pierced both ears in just 27 seconds, after carefully making sure the spacing was perfect. Thank you, Dawn, for making this such a positive and stress-free experience for us!”

I came in looking for a new wedding ring for my wife, and the manager went above and beyond to help me find something beautiful that worked within my budget. She took the time to walk me through different options, helped me put together the engagement ring and matching band, and even made sure my veteran discount was applied along with an additional discount. What really stood out was the customer service. I also found a wedding band for myself that matched my wife’s new set, and although the store no longer offers layaway or holds, she found a way to help me secure it while both rings are being prepared for Friday. She absolutely did not have to do that. This purchase meant a lot to me personally. After six years of marriage, I finally had the opportunity to give my wife the wedding set I’ve always wanted to give her, and the way I was treated made the experience even more special. No pressure, no feeling like I was just another sale—just genuinely great service and someone willing to go the extra mile. I left extremely happy with my purchase and the entire experience.
