“For at least twenty years I have brought cleaning to Pure Elegance in Westport. They do outstanding work and know how to clean down quilts, winter gloves, silks, bed linens, you name it. The cleaned item does not smell of chemicals, but smells fresh. I don't know what I'd do without them. They are the best cleaner anywhere.”

“I brought in the dress I wore to our daughter's wedding. It had a noticeable stain on it, but the dress was custom made and was silk, so I was very concerned that the treatment to get the stain out might result in the dress being ruined. Tenise helped guide me. The first cleaning application did not get the stain completely out. I did not want to sign a damage waiver for a more aggressive approach, so Tenise offered to try again to get the spot out without taking a more aggressive treatment. The stain came out! Thank you Tenise and Fabricare! This is not the first time Fabricare has worked its magic on a stain. A year or two ago, a bottle of red wine was knocked into my lap, and all over a white silk blouse. While I had little hope they could get the stain out, it came back as white as the day it was made - no sign of red wine anywhere.”

“Great spot for all your laundry and dry cleaning needs. I dropped off my laundry around 3pm, the gentleman asked if I wanted it that same evening, or in the morning. They have a great turnaround service and are very thorough with their cleaning. I forgot that my laundry bag had 2 of my work dress shirts in the mix, when I picked up my laundry, they were hung and dry cleaned. The establishment is very clean and kept up. The staff is awesome and they make sure that you feel welcomed. DC”

“The laundromat meets my code. The laundry machines are big enough to fit my 6x clothes, and the their prices are good. They even opened up at 6:25 for me. It was quiet and peaceful, and also helped put someone in else’s clothes in the dryer for them. 5 stars.”

“I have switched and I am so happy I could intentionally spill stuff on my comforter just to justify the trip. The important parts are that parking is convenient. There are plenty of machines and they are always ALL in working order. The place is clean as are the machines. Granted, there are busy times and I generally try to avoid them. Even on a busy day, people are respectful and don't disappear, leaving their stuff sitting for hours.”

“Truly excellent! I was going to Cross Hill cleaners since it is close to home, but she was overcharging me and taking a long time in order to get the simplest item done. I got tired and frustrated of it so I came here and had such a better experience. There is a husband and wife who work here, first I just asked for a hemming and she got it done in a few hours for a fraction of the cost, then the second time had a bit of items and issues, they were completed quickly and when I said I would need to have items folded for an airport trip, they had them neatly folded and in a case for me when I arrived, I wish I had gone here months ago.”

“I love the location and it being coin operated. But, the outside of the machines should be deep cleaned at least twice a week. I always bring wipes and they are darken just from cleaning the handle and top of the machine. Otherwise its a great place.”
