“Wow. Just WOW! If I could give MORE than 5 STARS, I would. I wasn't originally planning on going to the verizon store, I was planning on going to another big brand store, but something told me to try here first. I am soooo glad I did.
I was instantly greeted when I walked in and I couldn't have asked for a better associate than John. Seriously, seek him out! He took his time explaining questions I had before I even asked them. He was patient, kind, well versed and funny. He helped me save money on my bill, my internet, streaming services and also helped me find the right phone and pricing for my son's first phone. There was absolutely no sales pitch or push. Just giving me solutions for why I came in and left me leaving with more discounts on things I was paying too much for.
