“After "firing" T Mobile as my carrier because of their poor customer service and lack of cohesiveness as to the knowledge of their own services, I literally walked across the floor in the shopping mall to AT&T which directly faces T Mobile and got exactly what I wanted. Walter Geyer who works in the Trumbull Connecticut store handled exactly what I needed and more. A good conversationalist and answered all my questions and explained everything to me. His partner Tevin was also a tremendous help too. These young men deserve whatever higher positions in the company you can offer them if they desire them.”
