“Hannah, Jay and Roddy at the UPS store are amazing. I am there frequently, and they are all so professional, kind, and patient (which says a lot, considering how many people -- including me -- are endlessly returning loads of Amazon purchases.) Recently, shortly before the shop closed at 3, my printer broke, just as I was trying to print important travel documents for my flight the next day. I ran down to the store, and all three of them helped me with many issues: getting the documents off my phone, reformatting, etc, all while helping a long line of customers. They totally saved me and their good humor and kindness (and again, patience!) -- along with those documents, was just what I needed. They are the best!”

DHL has been reliable in NY and Jonathon at this Connecticut location was especially professional and able to meet my needs. I found it by googling it, and the video showed the dedicated space and made me feel like I was already on a cargo plane. The feeling was matched in the store. The process was made expeditious and facilitated by the delivery driver as well. 100 out of 10 recommend”

Every time I come in, they are incredibly helpful, patient, and kind—not just to me, but to my kids as well. They always go out of their way to make the experience easy and pleasant, which makes such a difference.

“The rating to this post office is inaccurate af, should be a 5, and some people shouldn’t be allowed to rate businesses especially if they don’t know how to spell fgs!!! This is BY FAR THE BEST post office around!! Everyone from the, managers Melody and Joe (assisted me regarding a missing package) to the front Troitenaya, Sandra, and Ortega (who work hard and deal with the public with integrity and grace, as a team)!! They are family to me because I choose to go to THIS location instead of the horrible Derby post office. I get all of my business done here and they always know what to do and how to do it. I absolutely ADORE them and will stand by them! I have personally seen ALL of them deal with the “lovely” public and let me tell you, it’s not easy but somehow they remain professional and kind. Never have I ever seen them be “rude” or any other ridiculous lie I have read. Don’t believe everything you see especially by people who aren’t reliable sources. I go to this location at least 3-6 times a week so I’m a reliable source. Trust me! I only wish they had a self package check-in to help when the line is busy. THAT is my only wish and it’s not a complaint js it would help (but it is kinda small so I understand) lol. Thanks Ansonia post office family for all of your hard work and all you do!!!!”
“Quick & easy. I already had a box and label. Employee just helped me duct tape it close & put the shipping label on. Smooth process, service very nice. Door handle to get inside is a little wonky to turn open, just have to play with it.”
