“I just had my car fixed at Fairfield Automotive Service and they were amazing. After my car had to be towed the night before, they called me first thing in the morning to let me know what was wrong, the pricing, etc. I had my car back and running by 2pm! Plus, everyone was so kind over the phone and in person. Definitely recommend.”

I work in banking and pride myself on providing exceptional service to my clients — and honestly, I didn’t think I’d meet another team that could match (or outdo!) that level of care. But the Stratford Town Fair Tire crew might just give me some competition! ?
It’s no surprise this location has nearly a perfect rating — they’ve earned it. Every visit, even when I came in right before closing, I was greeted with genuine smiles and patience. They didn’t rush; they took care of me. When my new tire wouldn’t be ready until the next day, they even rotated my spare to the rear to make sure my drive from Stratford to Waterbury was safer. That kind of thoughtfulness is what true service is all about.
These gentlemen deliver better service than the Ritz-Carlton — and that’s saying something! ??”

Adam earned a customer for life a few years ago when he talked me out of buying a set of tires I didn't need, tires that he had to order and had taken delivery of. It was clear to me that he was more interested in building a long-term relationship than making a quick buck. I'm big on supporting local business, and this one is at the top of my list.”
“The new owners of Professional Tire are top-notch! They were friendly and helpful from my first visit for a noise. They found a minor problem and fixed it while I waited. I came back the next day for a more serious repair. A few days later my car started making a different noise and I brought it back in. Eddie drove me to work in my car so he could hear the noise and proceeded to spend the day investigating although he could not duplicate the noise after dropping me off! They worked diligently putting my car on and off the lift and test driving it, several times. They thoroughly checked everything to make sure that my car was safe to drive as I had a long trip to make the next morning. It is hard to find people who care about doing a good job today, but they definitely do! As they said to me on my way out the door, they aren’t looking for a one time customer, they’re looking for a customer who keeps coming back. I am impressed and will definitely be back.”

We were stuck on the side of the road A good 20 minutes away from Steve .We Were able to pull into a commuter parking lot. Steve the owner left a party to fix our vehicle, so that we could proceed and not have to get towed. We were blown away with his professionalism and the way he treats his clients as though they are family members. I highly recommend. !!”
“Not easy to find honest and reasonable mechanics these days. They will not do unnecessary repairs. When I took my car, he could have easily charged me over a thousand but instead he recommended to check with the manufacturer since it could still be covered under warranty which they did. Now I take both my cars to him.”

“All of the positive reviews were spot on!!!! I live in NJ and my daughter attends college in Fairfield CT and her car broke down in the Easton Area at night. A friend picked her up and she left her car at a local park for the night. I had no idea what tow company or what repair shop to use so I looked at reviews and Old Bluebird's reviews sounded like exactly what I was looking for. I called at 7am the next morning, Chris answered promptly, gave me the name of a recommended towing company and said that he would contact me as soon as he had the car and assessed the problem. Long story short, the tow company was right on time and Chris had contacted me within 2 hours to tell me that my daughters car needed a new radiator. What's best of all is that he had it fixed and ready to go the same day for a very reasonable price. I trust this company and recommend them.”

“Great service. I had 2 tires blow out on my trailer. When the technician arrived, I assumed it was gonna take a about over an hour to get my tires replaced given how bad it was. One tire was destroyed and the rim was on the floor while the other tire was completely flat with a busted hub oil site glass. He got the both tires replaced in about half the time. Great quick and quality work.”
