I love the convenience of using self check out and it allows the employees to dedicate more of their time to stocking and organizing the store!!”

“I’d never been in an Ollie’s before and left a member. So many great deals and finds inside, I got my dad a really cool hot sauce stand for Christmas. They’re some of the only ones around too who you can find have gift tags. Def a new fan!”
“Very nice newer store located in its own area. If I had one complaint it would be when you are coming from the west and need to make a left turn into the drive area to the parking lot. There is no turn signal and you are on a single lane road. A plus it's that there is a spacious parking area. Staff were nice, and greeted us when we came in. Store was well stocked and everything clearly marked as far as pricing.”
“I stopped in twice on New Year’s Eve and the older gentleman who’s typically there as cashier is always uplifting and making jokes. I miss customer service like that and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.”

“The employees of this location are amazing. They have smiles on their faces, greet the customers with kindness and treat the customers with respect. But I have noticed this daily occurrence of the store manager spending more time outside in her vehicle smoking cigarettes than actually working. Said manager also will leave employees alone at the store for hours without help when she should be working or at least have a second person that can run registers if it is busy. Overall I love the store. But the manager needs to do better.”
“First time here. Needed a marker for some renovations. Didn’t want to have to go all the way to Home Depot. Took a chance and came in here.Fortunately found a marker I could use. Picked it up quickly went to the cashier. She was super nice and efficient. Prices were excellent. Was in and out.”

“The useless manager was more concerned about the cashiers asking customers to donate $ for Africa than he was getting down the extremely long lines. My cashier was polite and working hard and the manager had the nerve to chastise him, in front of customers,about asking each and every customer to donate. I wonder what was in it for him?”
“It's not easy to work at this, it gets so slammed and they work with a limited staff but everyone is so helpful, funny, friendly and I love the employees, at this location particularly. Tonight my boyfriend was running so late but we needed cat food and milk and didn't want to pay the gas station prices. They were so sweet they kept the store open ten extra minutes so that he could make it and even helped him find my candy. Thank you ladies!!! I swear it doesn't go unappreciated or unnoticed all the hard work you do, and the sometimes rude customers that you have to deal with. I'm very grateful!!! You made a difference for me tonight. ? ?”
“First of all let me start by saying I’m a white choclate lover !!!!! I usually go to the Dollar General store on Colman Street in New London ct. because they usually have the White chocolate M&Ms which I am a fan of !! Well the other day I went into this location to get my candy and couldn’t find them anywhere ?! So I asked the clerk who always helps me Caroline if they are out ? She dropped what she was doing and looked for them she finally spotted them behind the counter I was one happy customer!! Now Caroline went above and beyond for a customer which makes her AWESOME in my book !! Also the cashier Lauren was so helpful too”

Let me explain...I went to find a mattress for a friend of mine and was greeted like a true human being and not just a customer to make a few bucks from, by a very pleasant young man. He went above and beyond for me to be sure that I was able to get what I came for within my budget and not many places do that anymore. If they know you only have a small a small amount of money, they pretty much rush you out the door. This young man took his time, and made me feel comfortable from the the time I walked in until the time I left. Turns out, he is the owners son, Ryan.Never have I had any bad experiences with ANYONE that works there, quality of everything I've bought has been perfect, and I will not shop anywhere else.It's not just amazing furniture, it's also amazing staff, right down to the owners very own son!Thank you Ryan....and your dad for making sure she has a mattress to come home to”

“Whenever I come to Mohegan Sun for the day, I am always sure to stop in the store. I used to love the incredible selection and amount of unique finds in this store. However recently, my friend and I find that the store has significantly pulled back their selection. The store used to be packed from wall-to-wall with different unique items and now they have really thinned out their selection. There are still cute unique fines and things for each season and holiday, but it is not what it used to be.”
