“wanted to take a moment to write a quick review of this dollar store; it was super clean and the staff could not have been nicer. needed to make a quick run, while heading to the casino, and they had pretty much anything you could think of. BIG SHOUT OUT TO LAURA. she was amazing.”
“I’d never been in an Ollie’s before and left a member. So many great deals and finds inside, I got my dad a really cool hot sauce stand for Christmas. They’re some of the only ones around too who you can find have gift tags. Def a new fan!”

“Very nice newer store located in its own area. If I had one complaint it would be when you are coming from the west and need to make a left turn into the drive area to the parking lot. There is no turn signal and you are on a single lane road. A plus it's that there is a spacious parking area. Staff were nice, and greeted us when we came in. Store was well stocked and everything clearly marked as far as pricing.”
“I stopped in twice on New Year’s Eve and the older gentleman who’s typically there as cashier is always uplifting and making jokes. I miss customer service like that and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.”
“The employees of this location are amazing. They have smiles on their faces, greet the customers with kindness and treat the customers with respect. But I have noticed this daily occurrence of the store manager spending more time outside in her vehicle smoking cigarettes than actually working. Said manager also will leave employees alone at the store for hours without help when she should be working or at least have a second person that can run registers if it is busy. Overall I love the store. But the manager needs to do better.”

“This store was crazy busy yet it was extremely clean, the staff was overly friendly, and even the manager was willing to admit to their mistake and make it fast and easy to fix. The store was extremely busy and they accidentally scanned the most expensive item I had twice, I don’t notice until I was back on the car but when I went back it the cashier I was working with wasn’t at the front so they called the manager who happened to be the one that wrong me out. She listened, understood, admitted tot heir mistake and resolved it on the spot with 0 issues. Was a great shopping experience and a fun store
for my kids to go shop for each other.”
“The people that work there are always very kind. On Sunday no one showed up for work except for Robin and Carmela and they had to open the entire store and work all by themselves. Needless to say they had quite the lines and I’m sure the rest of their day was a spent on the feet day checking people out all day long day. I’m just like to say thank you to them they’re so nice and they were so friendly and so helpful. They deserve the 10 stars. Not 5”
“The manager and or employee named Ken that works there goes above and beyond for the customers to ensure they are finding what they are looking for, and or need assistance. He was very kind and welcoming especially considering I have little boys whom have a ton of questions when he was stalking the toy area. Very big selection.”
“First time here. Needed a marker for some renovations. Didn’t want to have to go all the way to Home Depot. Took a chance and came in here.Fortunately found a marker I could use. Picked it up quickly went to the cashier. She was super nice and efficient. Prices were excellent. Was in and out.”
“Long lines, cashiers don't know how to ask for help until they see customers getting frustrated from waiting. Otherwise I shop here often, prices are very good and they generally have what I'm looking for”
“First of all let me start by saying I’m a white choclate lover !!!!! I usually go to the Dollar General store on Colman Street in New London ct. because they usually have the White chocolate M&Ms which I am a fan of !! Well the other day I went into this location to get my candy and couldn’t find them anywhere ?! So I asked the clerk who always helps me Caroline if they are out ? She dropped what she was doing and looked for them she finally spotted them behind the counter I was one happy customer!! Now Caroline went above and beyond for a customer which makes her AWESOME in my book !! Also the cashier Lauren was so helpful too”

“Everyone's nice and helpful. Wish they'd bring back the canned apple slices. I have only 1 thing that might be considered on the downside.
If a cashier is very slow in adding or packing, the customers waiting get EXTREMELY agitated at the lack of speed, sometimes being/saying something rude. I haven't observed any Dollar Store employee get upset with a customer. I asked a cashier if there was any negative push-back from customers when the prices went up by $0.25. She said only one customer had an item thrown at her, with most just grumbling in the beginning. I said, that's terrible treatment especially when you weren't personally responsible for the rise. No one got hurt, but people can be unpredictable and proves the customer isn't always right.
People should behave as adults and realize that employees of the/any store aren't in any way responsible for the stores pricing policy.
My experiences with every employee has been very helpful and what keeps me going back.”
“An employee at the register, Abi; noticed I was having trouble with the WiFi connection and my card, and instead of doing anything impatient she payed the extra 1.02 that I owed, such a saint. Funny and told me how to get an extra bar for the cellar next time I come in.”

“The had a lot of items at this dollar tree. The ladies working were very pleasant. Service was pretty fast even with lots of customers. There is lots of free parking and a restroom. The restroom was clean just cluttered.”

“The location of this store is very convenient for me. Very clean and organized. Very easy to find what you are looking for. I love going here but please bring back the self check out!! I love the convenience of using self check out and it allows the employees to dedicate more of their time to stocking and organizing the store!!”
