“I am a visiting nurse in New London and have had to go to Goodyear three times this year to have a new tire replaced because I am wearing them down so fast or I hit a curb. They are always so kind to me even when I am stressed and I know my last visit I even was rude and apologized. This last visit I popped my tire in the middle of the day in between patients. I went there because I know how good they’ve been in the past and they’ve gotten me in and out while I’m trying to work. They got me a new tire and back on the road seeing Patients in 24 minutes. I am so grateful to have them as a resource and I know they will always take good care of me. I don’t have enough good things to say about the staff in New London”

“Friendly on the phone, not in person. The waiting room was upstairs in the showroom. They had coffee, comfy chairs, and all sorts of TV entertainment (pluto, disney, netflix, etc). They also let my kid sit on the golf carts in the showroom. Price was alright. It took less time than quoted, and the job was done correctly. I was even able to bring my own parts! When it was done, they did not show me the breakdown of the jobs/services/work and just told me the price I owed; He did not explain ANYTHING whatsoever and just wanted to know if I was paying cash or card. Once I was paid, all customer service was gone and expired and THEN i was handed the breakdown on the receipt. There was a younger woman at a desk who was on her phone and did not seem at all interested in her job. They had little knick-knacks/free items in baskets in the hallway like screen cleaners, pens, air freshners, and a few other things i can't recall. Clean office and waiting area. There was also a guy in there taking a course on a breathalyzer installation he needed for his car at an open desk, IN thw showroom/waiting area while I was in there and I found that to be inconsiderate to his privacy. He probably didn't want everyone knowing what he had in his personal life, and here he was, watching a video on how to use it, right out in the open.”
“We popped a tire and needed a new the old one taken off of our rim and exchanged with a spare one- owner was very friendly and despite him and about four or five other workers busy and working he managed to get my tire repaired in under 20 mins and on my way. I encourage others to support this small business!”

“Family run and great quality work.. there is a new front receptionist who is so friendly welcoming and makes sure you have the kind of experience that when you leave you want to go back just because!!! “These folks are the best! Family owned and operated. I bought my classic white wall tires from a website. I had the tires shipped to Lombardi's Tire. The guys were happy to receive, mount them on my rims and balance them. The also have a great brand of mini quads and electric motor bikes at the best prices in the area.”

“Needed new tires for my outlander Sport went online and compared the Cooper endeavor plus tires with Town fair tire and Goodyear was cheaper and I bought tires from them a couple years ago and had a great experience….so decided to go back! from the moment of my appointment, they took my car in right away and worked on it very quickly….when I took my car for a ride, I just love those tires. I will edit and update my review down the road for Cooper tires but as far as Goodyear Good place to go!”

“Quick and courteous- I was traveling and got a flat tire, after AAA put the donut in Monro was the only tire center near by that could take me. I would only recommend that they replace the donut for customers. Mine stores up/under the rear of the car and I don’t know how to put it back. I will figure it out.”

“I can’t thank the team at Monro of East Lyme enough. I got a flat tire on my Tesla and couldn’t get an appointment at the Tesla service center for 2 weeks but I drive for work. The tires were hard to find, and the Monro staff found the tires I needed and brought them to me. I was driving again in 3 hours after I towed my car. I couldn’t believe how far above and beyond they went to get me back on the road quickly.”

“They have a full service optical department, who knew? I recently broke my glasses, and my backups were an OLD pair. I needed something quickly. I called the optical department and they were able to get me in that same day for an exam. The process was such cool technology, went very quickly and the technician was great. I ordered glasses that day and was back to pick up the finished product within a week. Amazing! I am definitely recommending this optical department to everyone I know!”
“I had gone to Paul’s Service Center for a radiator replacement. Chris was the man who took on the job! He did an excellent job on the car. He stayed after hours working on it and also topped off the fluid after I brought it in few days later. Cheap price too for labor and parts. 100% recommend”

“I was in need of new tires and Pep Boys was running a pretty good deal that I wanted to take advantage of. I called and spoke with Roger, who was so friendly and helpful on the phone! Prior to making my appointment, he made sure that the tires that I would need would be in the shop. Once he confirmed it, he helped set me up an account and scheduled my appointment. I got my new tires on today and shortly after I left, the pressure light came on. I called the shop and Roger told me to come back. The technician came outside, made sure everything was good and was able to get the light turned off. I had an excellent experience with Roger and the staff. Highly recommend!”
