Phil the maintenance supervisor is also fantastic he gets everything down promptly. He also is pretty much a dog lover all the pets here love him. He patiently answered some questions I had. I am very pleased with all the maintenance staff visits I have had since I moved into the Pavilions. They have always been prompt. “We've lived here for almost a year now, moved in Dec of 2024, and it's been great! We met with Susan, who is super friendly and pleasant, to view the apartment and she seamlessly handled the move-in logistics. There are many pros to living here. The location cannot be beat and we love that it is pet friendly. There is a dog park and overall many places to take your dog for a walk. Every now and then there are lazy folks who don't clean up after their dogs, but that happens pretty much everywhere in this state.
Very responsive and helpful maintenance crew. For the minor maintenance issues we've dealt with, we simply create a ticket in the app and within a day or less our issues are addressed and resolved. Mark and Dan are very helpful and work hard to keep the complex clean and tenants happy. We used the beautiful pool a few times this summer and overall we've been very happy living here. Most people are friendly or keep to themselves which is a great balance. We are likely going to renew our lease and the only reason we would move is due to work commutes. All in all, we love it here!”
