JR is the man! I ordered my stark varg ex from him. They gave it to me for MSRP, no added BS pricing like other dealership charge. There was a small accident that happened during transit but JR took care of me without any hesitation. What an incredible company to buy from. I highly recommend ordering your stark varg from JR!

I purchased a Husqvarna HC1 E-Mountain bike from Kaplan cycles. I really appreciated the attention they gave to make sure I was updated throughout the whole ordering process. They made picking up the bike super quick and answered all my questions. I was so impressed with them that I ordered another HC1 from them. Any issues that came up was quickly address and Ken himself made sure I was taken care of. Stand up guy and a stand up dealership, which you never see anymore. Driving the 2.5 hours each way from NH was worth it in my eyes. I can't say enough positive things about both of my purchase experiences.

Ken Jr. assisted myself, as well as my sister and brother with the purchase of e-bikes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and when I needed to reach out a week later with an issue concerning the battery, he was quick to respond and resolved the issue immediately.

I purchased a 2014 VStrom 650 off eBay from Kaplan Cycles in December of 2024. I wanted to do a “fly and ride” back home to Virginia. Obviously, winter in New England isn’t ideal so I asked them if they would store it for me after I purchased. No problem.
I flew to pick it up on April 1, and needed to do some mods (GPS and heated gear hookup) upon arrival. No problem.
Then they did one last inspection of everything and I was off!
They were so accommodating and professional! Super-impressive. They know what they’re doing.

If your going to buy a motorcycle or dirt bike this is the place to go almost dirt cheap brand new gas gas and Hondas good service and good history I want too visit so I can buy me a brand new GAS GAS 250 OR 300 OR 450 GOOD PEOPLE ABD LOVE HE HISTORY

call to sell harley xlcr cafe racer low mile clean original. tried to get buy price jerked me around for days never made offer asked me to give price i said make offer i dont bid against myself. clowns the guy i was dealing would said ken sr was very interested in bike this guy was sr right hand man.so ken sr must be clown show leader. beware they will waste your time.

I haven't been there yet but It's definitely #1 on my "To- Do" list that is one BEAUTIFUL Motorcycle Museum and that telephone booth. My mother worked for the telephone company and they gave her one from the 1950's made from Cherry wood when she retired. Five Star World Class Motorcycle Museum Mr Kaplan ?? ???

Super customer service!I purchased a classic British motorcycle from Ken Kaplan Jr. It was as described and arrived in perfect condition.The paperwork had to be sought from out of state. Ken stayed up on it, and the moment it arrived, he executed it and sent it my way across country.Highly recommended!
